“Breakfast biscuit dry sausages over cooked hard bathroom wasn’t to clean my toilet other than that it was smelling clean n fresh and that they only give one room key for 2people smh”

“Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite.”

“Stages several nights the sheets are never changed I've rented the same room checked out and checked back in and the sheets are not changed I found bed bugs in the room last night it just seems to get worse every time the cleaning stuff is not clean whatsoever”

The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. “Was a nice place to stay. The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider.
