Very pleasant welcome on arrival and given very spacious room for a single traveller with very large bathroom. Room comfortable and clean. Cooked breakfast was extra, but very nice indeed.

This historic hotel has loads of character and is a marvellous central location. I would suggest that it needs some decorative TLC but my room was large and with 2 huge floor to ceiling windows that looked out onto the main street. Ideal location for Holy Island! Extremely clean rooms with towels, hairdryer, ironing board, tea/coffee facilities. Food is fantastic and breakfast was included which was delicious. Great customer service. Would I go againโฆ.most definitely

Wow! What can I say nothing not to like about this place. The pod was amazing and clean, the facilities and welcome basket left was amazing. We were in town for the Race Across Scotland - crew stayed here throughout the week, and two of us who ran it were here after we finished. Was a close drive to Cocksburnpath, and to other surrounding areas. Great spot for 4 folks, and having laundry was a huge bonus. Lovely property.
