The hotel was nice, and the pool view from our room was a great touch. Still, a few things fell short. Check-in felt rushed and not very welcoming. I didn’t receive the wine or room upgrade that comes with my Expedia Gold status. The shower had great water pressure, but the drain was slow and caused water to pool. After a long travel day, I didn’t feel up to asking for the missing perks, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.
