Found a ramdom pill under the bed. Good thing my dog didn't find it first. Breakfast was nasty looking. But the staff were amazing! Feathers were on the floor of our room.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this situation to our attention, we are very happy that you found the medication instead of your dog. We have brought this to the housekeeper's attention so they can be on the lookout for things like this as well. We are also going to speak to the breakfast staff, our breakfast is usually a big hit and we are sorry it was anything less for your stay. Regarding the feathers in the room, there was a small hole in one of the feather pillows and we have removed it from the room. Again, we thank you and we wish you safe travels. Hopefully when you are in the area again & you choose to stay with us to give us a chance to do better!!!

The staff was friendly. We took one of the last two rooms available. But there was pee on the bathroom door (inside and outside of it.) The soap they provide for you to shower with was out (shampoo and shower gel..good thing I brought my own.)

The property itself was fine and the front desk employees were pleasant, however the General Manager at this hotel is not someone you want to talk to regarding any issues. One of those in our business-travel group had an issue with their room, and this GM was very condescending and flat out rude. Avoid her if you can!

We love this Hotel and stay here often. They’ve started updating the rooms. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

The carpeting was very dirty, it gave me concern. The staff gave me a guide for local restaurants which I appreciated. The restaurant that we visit was very nice.

This is my go-to hotel in Morgan City. The staff is amazing. Absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean and the amenities are great. I would suggest an update on one aspect of the room. My bed didn’t have a bed skirt and the bottom mattress coverings were tattered and hanging off/missing exposing the wooden frame. Otherwise it’s a safe and friendly place to stay.

Our visit was for a baseball series and our team had several rooms booked, was rained out, the hotel staff got us all rebooked for another night and accommodated excellently

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable room and varied breakfast options. The location is somewhat inconvenient in the crossroads of several heavily trafficked arteries so not easy to drive in and out and little opportunity to walk in the neighborhood.

Was awakened at 3 in the morning by a leaking ceiling. Still haven’t received refund.

We checked the room and there was leak from the ceiling. Ceiling was not wet or the carpet. It was a Rainey night too unsure what leaking sounds you were hearing.We never told you you were getting a refund .
