“Rooms were very clean and quaint. Cleanliness was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. One recommendation: would it be possible to have USB ports available for charging please? Maybe as a unit on the room clock? ”

“When we booked, we wanted it to be in Best Western Rever and ended up in sure stay by Best Western it needs to be a different site not hooked together like that. “The room was spotless and the decor was charming. The bed and furniture were incredibly comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, showing us around and making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious. We’ll definitely be returning! ”

“The suites in the hotel are not as big as they seem. If you are larger person you will not fit in the shower, most of the shower control nozzles are not attached to the wall there is no toilet paper holders. You cannot open the door to the bathroom if someone else is in there. The floor was disgusting we had to clean the room before we sat anything down. The fridge had old rotten food in the freezer that smelled horrible. I would choose a different optuon if you are teaviling as a family or like...

“A room safe was listed but it did not work. Two other rooms were offered, but the safes did not work in them either. If they do not work, they should not be listed as an amenity. The microwave, dated 1991, did not have a turntable but did work okay. The room thermostat needed a battery. Curtains looked rough or tied in knots in the hall. “Stayed for one night and wish we would’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff members were friendly and talkative. The history of the whole building was very unique and cute. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but everything smelled delicious. Would highly recommend staying here we will definitely be back!”
