"Location is brilliant, right next to two different types of public transport right into the city and connections to the airport. You’ve also got loads of shops right near you, as well as grocery stores and cafes! The rooms itself are perfect size for two. Spacious with lounges, large bathroom areas and comfortable beds. Also want to say reception and bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who helped us check in but he went above and beyond to give us as much info for our stay as possible! Highly recommend this hotel for your Zurich stay :) "

"As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service. Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again."

"Room was clean and I really appreciated that I was allowed to check in early! It made my quick trip super convenient! The bed was very comfortable, shower was also good pressure, and location is very perfect! It is only a 15min walk to the HB and close to all the main trams."

"Great location to central train station, markets and city attractions. Room is not big, but is clean. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Especially the lounge is available 24/7, offers coffees, tea and fruits, really give a homey feeling and convenience. Really enjoy the stay."
