"The staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The elevators were a little tight and slow but that’s my ONLY complaint. The best part? THE ONSEN! Yes it’s public so you do have to deal with natural bodies in their most natural forms but if you’re comfortable with that then it’s literally the best. My friends and I were in there every night before bed lol."

"absolutely lovely location and so nearby the ueno market and stations, it was also so close to the keisei skyliner so going to narita was a breeze! i also found out the hotel just opened with a lovely indoor bathhouse on the top floor"

"Great location to access the city and see Tokyo. The lobby was a bit chaotic but the hotel staff are very polite and helpful. The room was quite small but comfortable and had all I needed. Would definitely stay again."
