"The experience was very disappointing. Within 5 minutes of arriving we checked the hottub and it was cold. This was the main reason for getting a cabin as we wanted a private hotub. I called it in and a maintenance man arrived saying theres nothing he can do and it wont be fixed during our stay. Once we unpacked we noticed the pull out couch was broke and sitting on the floor. "It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown. "
