Exceeds expectations. The Vista Room is exactly as advertised: a spectacular view of the Chicago River. Staff were excellent. Breakfast via in-room service was perfect. Location is unbeatable: close to everything. Highly recommended and will definitely book again in the future.

The hotel needs many repairs. The carpet on the stairs is ripped in several places. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of our room. And other signs of neglect. On the positive, the room smelled clean and the receptionists were very nice and helpful.
