"Our room had red stains on the floor that looked like blood, and some of it was smeared on the wall. We also found a cricket and a spider when we walked in. Some of the bed sheets, pillows, and towels had stains. We had a room with two beds, and one of the beds had hair on it. We informed the front desk and requested a room change.
