"Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und haben den dritten Aufenthalt bereits gebucht. Wunderschöne Lage und kurzer Fußweg zum Strand. Lange Strandspaziergänge in beide Richtungen möglich. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Büffets und AI-Getränkekarte. Als Highligt eine 24-Stunden-Kaffee- und Snackbar im Lobbybereich. Saubere, sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer (Safe, Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher).
"The property was very clean and staff really helpful. I have no idea why someone else found them unhelpful. They even do a turn down service in the evening with a chocolate, which is lovely. I couldn’t give them higher marks. The staff were very attentive and polite. The room was big and balcony great. Perfect view of the sea and lighthouse. I asked for a quiet room before going and they did exactly that. Beds were comfy, with one harder and softer pillow to allow for all tastes. You are able to walk right out onto the shopping arcade and all the facilities. Brilliant for disabilities as there are no steps. Just a short walk from the boardwalk to the beach which also makes this accessible for wheelchairs. Lots of lovely squirrels which are very tame on the way through. There is also a promenade on the other side of the road which you can walk, cycle or other along to the other end of the beach. We were a little worried there would be road noise, but we heard nothing. There is evening entertainment if you are interested. Breakfast was decent with all of what you would expect. There is also a mini golf place if that tickles your fancy. We didn’t use the spa so cannot comment. I would go again."
"Great location.
Lovely pool and deck areas. (Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service for all but 2 days of our stay).
Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, but quite a lot of noise from the bars in Cosmo Centre opposite at the weekends (until the early hours of the following day).fyi: We were on floor 2.
The private balconies are spacious and furnished with chairs and a table big enough for al fresco dining. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
Lounge ares was comfy with flat screens TV - only a couple of English Channel’s (but who goes on hols to watch TV!)
The staff are welcoming and efficient and friendly.
Short stroll to main strip and beach (the beach is incredible)
Car parking in very short supply and it is quite a trek to the airport by bus (taxi cost us 120 Euros one way) as the local buses didn’t fit our schedule.
The hotel pricing structure is unclear as some rooms have recently been fully refurbished and others are modern but a little tired. To further complicate things - the hotel is situated on 3 different levels (1 to 3, 4 to 6, and 7 to 9).
It would help if it was made clear exactly which level you are getting at the time of booking.
Also watch out for price hikes on certain weekends due to Spanish festivals and Bank Holidays (which are different to those in the UK).
We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for some winter sunshine."
"A beautiful, massive and luxurious hotel and resort!
You're spoilt for choice when it comes to food, desserts and drinks, which are all delicious!!!
Lots of different activities to do!!
Great quiet location in the south of the island!
If you're a party animal and want to go club hopping, this island is not for you.
Have fun!! I did!!
Thanks to all the staff at the hotel!!"
"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Pool area was good with plenty of sun beds for the amount of guests. Due to the token system I recommend taking a bottle so that you can use it for water/soft drinks as if you want a hot drink at the same time you can’t have another cup.
Food was good, breakfast was the best meal of the day for me.
Also the sports bar doesn’t open until 7pm, if you want to watch something before then the staff will put it on but you have to watch on the tv outside. "
"Fabulous Staff. Entertainment was excellent. Luca I think the guys name was, he really got the crowd going.
Excellent location.
Right next to the beach.
Food was good."
