The plumbing fixtures are antiquated. Hvac mounted in closet and very noisy. Ice is in office, it appears to be a small chest freezer with bagged ice dumped into it and its all frozen together so you need to break it apart with the metal scoop.

It was a last resort situation. I booked on expedia it said i could pay at the property! I get to the property and he said sin e i was paying cash i had ti pay a deposit. Well i didnt have that. When i booked my room it was 58.08 or something. I ended up paying $65 because i didnt have it on a credit card. Room was dark not enough lighting..

Two reasons for the extra charge. # 1- You booked for a queen size room but requested a king size which is more. #2- We request extra deposit on cash purchases to cover for a room damage. Which the toilet was damaged.

I might of missed something but this was the first motel where the clerk said that I have to pay cash, otherwise there is a $10 fee for a card payment.

Tenant/owner was extremely rude. We could only book here because there was nothing left, were double charged for the room and then another charge later in the day we checked out. Do not recommend. Owner was pounding on the door at 9am to check out, even though check out is at 11am.

The rooms are pretty decent. Bedding is clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice as it appears there has been an update on tub and sink. The room looks and feels old. The overall motel has that old look and feel too. The person at front desk can be terse and not the most customer service person. Overall it's a good place for a night or two.

Priced right.
Priced right, comfortable, helpful staff, room design was strange but everything worked. Long desk but no convenient outlets for computer use.

Mildew in bathroom was definitely a concern for health reasons if nothing else. Lots of gaps around the entry door and single pane window in bathroom so I can’t imagine how cold or hot it must get in the room in extreme conditions . Thankfully our stay was one night only . Expected a bit more cleanliness for the price . Not likely to stay there again unlike last resort. Bonus- Agave restaurant next door was fabulous - authentic Mexican food and excellent service .

Room was clean but old, stairs to my room were covered in ice and I asked for a 1st floor room since place was empty, Clerk wanted $20 more? I had to climb iced over cement stairs with luggage and being physically limited? Clerk didn't care. Then Wifi was a joke. Log in successful then within 3 minutes you get booted off. Called office twice for help staying online, language barrier, guy just kept repeating password? I kept repeating that I logged on successfully initially... but couldn't keep connection. Either no comprehension? Or didn't care again. Ended up using my own phone for very slow hotspot. Worst experience ever. I travel this route 4 times each year and I will stick with the Motel 6, thank you.

Yikes!
The building is very run down and falling apart. The vibe is creepy. Can hear all of the street noise loudly all night as well as a train behind the building passing by several times. Heard a customer yelling at someone working there outside, causing a scene. Could hear the sound in the rooms below and around. Found 3 pubic hairs on the toilet seat when we first arrived. Kind of cold and didn’t feel safe there. Tv is old and the remote was falling apart and barely worked. Lamps old and falling apart. Not enough light sources. No trash can. Not enough pillows. Scared to ask for another. Toilet is a weak flusher. Towels too small. However, the shower water stayed warm. The sheets smelled clean. These are the only good things I can think of.

The owner is extremely rude and got mad when I asked for toilet paper since it was nearly gone when I got into the room. The room was dirty especially the bathroom and shower. I would not use the shower because it was so nasty. Bring your own water because you get a bathroom sink to drink out of and I wouldn’t recommend it. A lot of cars came and went without going into a room. AKA drug trafficking. If this place is your only option you might want to bring some protection. Absolutely disgusted with the owner and how rude he is. I am also treating everything I brought in there for bed bugs. It was that gross.

The Motel is older so I dnt expect too much! But when you get treated rudely from the staff because we have a pet it starts the whole night wrong. Let me pay my 35 dollars and let’s move on but he kept on about it tell we closed the door in his face. Other then that we had a clean room except the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on and the room got really warm, and the bathroom had mold in the tub and the bathroom has no power outlets. For what we paid for this room I would expect a little more.
