"First let me stay this was my first time traveling to Florida and I couldn’t have picked a better time for my 40th Birthday weekend. When we arrived the staff was so polite and professional. Everything was given to us at the front desk including info about restaurants and activities. Parking was free and with plenty of spaces available. The room was very spacious, clean, and looked just like the picture. As soon as we walked out the door; the amazing ocean view was to the left. The only problem was the outlet connected to the lamp between the bed wasn’t working but that’s a minor issue. The appliances were clean and stocked for use. The walk to the pool was short and we enjoyed the tiki bar as well. Restaurants and stores were really close by either on walking distance or by vehicle. Let’s just say I booked a penthouse suite to bring my family back before I checker out. Thank you all for a wonderland first time experience! I will continue using this hotel in the near future."

"First things First, while in transit to the hotel I got an email from them saying I needed to pay before 6pm or my reservation would be canceled, i called and explained to them that when booking online I chose the option to pay at the property, I was told that because people make reservations and don't show up therefore they needed payment, which i did, upon arrival I spoke to Umme at the front desk, she was very nice and allowed us to check in early, without an additional charge. When we got to our suite, the space was adequate but it looked as though it hadn't been deep cleaned in a few years! The bathroom had an upgrade maybe a few years ago, but didn't look very clean, so we had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean before touching anything, because neither the bedroom nor bathroom seemed very clean, but hey it's oceanfront so it'll be ok..well the only USB and outlet bedside didn't work, and the toilet ran nonstop, they came and fixed both but we also had to buy an extension cord to reach the other side of the bed. Getting ready for check out, I took the pillowcase off one of the pillows to find dried blood! Please, if you book here beware. Maybe it was just our room, was not good. But the balcony was huge and the LG TV's were nice, and the water in the shower was hot and had nice pressure, there were little wins which I wish were more but it wasn't"

"Property smelled like weed or cigarettes most of the time. Rooms were damp and smelly. I did not want to be barefoot in the room or bathroom. Wasn’t able to get us a room till 5 when check in was at 4. Also make you pay $15 a day to park in their lot. Avoid this place and spend more on something nicer."

"Asked if they would come change sheets on one of the beds. They said no because they only change sheets every 3 days. We were there Saturday until check out Tuesday. Finally they gave me a set of sheets for me to change. There was dirt and grime around some of furniture where they don’t mop."

"The first steps into our room wanted to be our last. The room was absolutely filthy, box springs looked like they were bought from the dumpster. There was mold in the shower, urine on the wall, god knows what would be there if we had a black light. We spent about 2 minutes in the room and went back to ask if we could get a refund, luckily the staff was understanding and gave us a full refund apart from the day we checked in. Please for your own sake do not stay here."
