"객실이 크고 깨끗합니다 . 다만 호텔을 생각하고 가서 착오가 있었어요 . 룸클리닝은 3일에 한번 해 준다고 하는데 그날 낮에 잠깐 방에 볼일이 있어서 방에 있었더니 청소가 패스되어 머무는 5일동안 청소도 침구 교환도 없었습니다 . 또한 수건은 2일에 한번씩 프론트에 내려가서 받아야 합니다 . 그것만 알고 가시면 나머지는 좋았습니다 . 준비만 잘 되면 아주 좋아요 . 전 담에도 여기 머물 생각입니다"

"요즘 같이 더운 유럽 여행에서 완벽한 호텔입니다. 냉장고 에어컨 커피머신... 다음에 또 빈에 간 다면 이 호텔로 할겁니다. 다음에 또 갈 때까지 좋은 관리 부탁드립니다. 조금 개선되어야 할 부분은 침대매트리스 받침대에서 찌그득 소리가 납니다 ㅎㅎ 잘때는 나지 않고 올라갈 때 내려갈때..."

"I had a wonderful stay at Grand Ferdinand and would gladly return. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Vienna on foot, and the room was beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel itself has a stylish atmosphere while maintaining a warm and welcoming feeling. What impressed me the most was the service. Every staff member I interacted with throughout my stay was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although I experienced an unfortunate incident during breakfast on my last morning, the hotel management responded quickly, sincerely, and with great care. Their professionalism and willingness to address the situation made a very positive impression on me. I also appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out, which made my departure much more comfortable. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend Grand Ferdinand to anyone visiting Vienna. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable."

"The staff were incredibly kind, and that was what impressed me the most. When I asked how to use the air conditioner, they kindly drew simple pictures, making it very easy for me to understand. Since I don't speak English very well, I was worried about communicating, but their thoughtful help put all my worries to rest. I truly appreciated their patience and kindness. Not only the front desk staff, but every employee I met greeted me with a warm smile, which made my entire stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. The room was also excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location was another great advantage. There was a subway station within walking distance, making it very convenient to travel around Vienna and visit the city's attractions. If I have the chance to visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!"

"직원이 매우 친절. 얘기하면 숙박 전 잠시동안 짐도 맡길 수 있음. 샤워실 디자인은 좀 의문. 물 감당이 안됨. 1층 자판기에 왠만한건 다 팔긴 하는데 비쌈. 마트 닫기전에 사다가 드시길. 재방문의사 있음"
