"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent for what it was - a step up from continental, with fresh fruit, waffle station, yogurt, various meats and some prepared eggs. Rooms were adequate. Only issue was not having sufficient bathe towels for the number of guests. Minor issue and resolveable with a request."

"I first booked on line then the next 3 days, I booked with front desk. May 9, 2026 Saturday was our last night. We had an event in Lillington NC, when we returned about 11:30 pm or so, our keys did not work. I called two numbers several times and there was no answer the first few times. Then the called was answered and I was hung up on. I had to sleep in my car until like 6am, I went to a friends house. Very dissapointed. The staff still charged my account. Will this be able to be disputed and returned? Thank you for concerns and questions."

"When we checked into our assigned room, my wife pulled back a pillow to find a condom (unopened, thankfully). I pulled back the blanket for a closer examination to find hair, likely pubic, on the sheets. I also found what looked like blood on the spigot. We asked to either have a new room or have the current one cleaned, and since house keeping wasn't answering the phone, we were given a new room. This was the only room they had left and it was smoking. The floor was grimy with dirt, the door was misaligned and had a gap to the outside, the wall paneling was soft and warped and detached at the base. We made it one night out of three because of the horrendous smell and noisy AC unit, and canceled the remaining two nights and were reimbursed some of the first night. The employees were extremely helpful and felt embarrassed. It seemed like they were good people who needed a job and worked for a poor employer. I revisited the website wondering how I had chosen such a deplorable place and saw that the photos did not match any of the three rooms we visited, and I conclude the website used photos are stock photos, AI, or just simply not from the same property. No where does it say this is a motel--it is a motel."

"Our room was very clean. The couch and brd were comfortable. Our room was very spacious. The only thing our hair dryer didn't work, but the staff at the desk said he would get it replaced. They had a nice breakfast. Staff were all frienfly and helpful."

"Was given a handicap room when requested was double beds. Hard as bricks sofa bed with dirty socks underneath. Room was dusty. Hot water was cold. Very overpriced! Do not recommend and will not stay there ever again! "
