โWe stayed here while moving my son into CSULB. It's a great location and price for the area. The room was clean and the pool area was very nice. Parking was easy and we felt safe there even with all his things in the car. Definitely a great option for parents or while visiting the school.โ

We absolutely love this property! My family and I have stayed here 7 years in a row, and itโs always been wonderful. The rooms are spotless, the staff is so friendly, and you really canโt beat the locationโjust steps from the beach. It almost feels like a hidden gem that I donโt want to share because itโs that good! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.โ
โDockside Bed and Boat was a great alternative to an average hotel stay. The staff was accommodating and helpful during our stay. Will definitely return for a future stay.โ

However, I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant on the first floor โ the food didnโt quite live up to its price. The teriyaki chicken, in particular, had an unpleasant smell and taste.
On the other hand, the room was very clean, the network speed was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.โ
โEnjoyed the very clean room, in a very clean part of town. Walking distance to several restaurants. Hotel breakfast was very nice. Location was conveniently close to our cruise terminal.โ

โWeโve stayed here twice now. Not too far from Disney which is why we were visiting. Good price, clean, included a typical hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again โ
โParking was difficult and quite a few homeless people walking around. The access into the building is secured so I felt safe. I will stay here whenever iโm in the area.โ
