"Avoid this hotel. Experience was terrible. No parking. Access street was a one way street had to drive in circles to get there.
Room dirty. no tv services. was woken up at 3am from the extremely loud guests they put in the room next to me. they guest were never quited from the staff after i had called 3 times... the people in the room next to us was incredibly loud and obnoxious from 345am thru 630 am when we dicided we would have to find a new hotel to goto get some sleep.
this hotel didnt have anyone on staff that could handle this situation. we were charged and then 2 days later they sent us an email saying they were happy that everything worked out and they had corrected the problem properly. this is untruthful and dispickable for management to act in this mannor."
