"The property and amenities were excellent once we were able to access the hotel. There was no one available to answer the door of the hotel until 3:30pm, which was posted on the outside door of the building. This hotel occupied only one floor of a 3 story building. Once we checked in, we were given a digital key and could access the building at anytime. A staff person only seemed to be available at check-in and check out times. A voucher was given for breakfast at a local restaurant that was not part of the hotel. Breakfast could have been a bit more generous as it included only a coffee, pastry and glass of juice. On a positive note, the rooms were large and there were enough outlets to plug in devices for two people. The hotel had a lot of character; a mixture of old wooden beams and modern fixtures. It was in a very good location, close to the center of the old walled in city. We would definitely stay there again."

"Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of items, staff on hand to help. Shuttle to/from airport was great. Train to Venice was directly behind Hotel so 4 euros each way, 3 stops on the express train. Great option!"

"Comfortable clean hotel. Staff were helpful. Excellent position for the train station (2 min walk) and trips to Venice (30 mins). A 10 minute walk into Treviso old town which had plenty of restaurants and bars. It is also a lovely place for an evening stroll. The hotel was excellent value for money."

"Stayed for two nights in mid August. The front desk staff was very welcoming, in fact all of the staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable, and the pillows were very comfortable. We had drinks on the patio and this was a very nice experience. Service was quite quick and our drinks were accompanied by nuts and corn nuts. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Lots of hot water for showers. The breakfast is fabulous and well worth the cost. Lots of free parking. This hotel is very close to the outlet stores. The only con was that there was very loud music one night, but I always take earplugs when travelling so I was able to get to sleep even with the noise. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!"
