"My partner and I checked in during the early evening. The room wasn’t in great condition (a bedside table had fallen off the wall, no AC, flickering lights), but we weren’t too bothered and went out for dinner. When we returned around 22:30, the room was extremely hot and stuffy. As I pulled back the bedsheet, I immediately spotted a bug that looked very much like a bed bug. We showed it to the staff member who checked us in. He sent a photo to his manager, who quickly insisted it was...
