“Staff stood out. As a women traveling solo I felt completely safe and every single individual I’ve come across was beyond sweet. I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Marrakech!”

Our room was lovely and comfortable, with the only minor thing being we found the mattress a bit too hard. Perhaps this was just personal preference / the fact the riad is quite new!”

“What can I say but wow! This was my first time in Marrakech and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The riad was beautiful and in a great location - very close to the Medina entrance. The service was top notch! Marwan and the rest of the gentlemen who worked there were incredibly helpful. They met us upon arrival at the Medina entrance, arranged airport transfers and on very short notice got us an appointment at a Hammam. Thank you, Marwan for a great trip! ”

“I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“젬마 엘프나 시장 바로 옆에 위치한 리아드 입니다. 호텔의 거의 모든 스태프가 친절하며 협조적이고 깨끗합니다. 조식의 종류가 많진 않지만 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 사전에 메일로 요청한 공항 픽업서비스에는 유로로 지불할 것처럼 안내를 해주었으나 모로코 화폐로 결재를 하길 원하여 계획에 약간의 차질이 생기는 일이 발생하였습니다. 또한 픽업 서비스 요청시 미리 언급하지 않았던 다른부분에 추가적인 비용이 부과되었습니다. ”
