“Riad Idra was the best hotel ( riad ) that I’ve ever visited !
Located in the heart of city center, everything was so close ( within 10 minutes ). We felt safe as there were polices by the main road and the street itself was occupied by art galleries and boutiques.
Manager Karine was super kind and professional ( Merci Karine!). She even fixed broken bathtub in a half day.
Gratefully we got upgraded room, so we had chance to stay at the most beautiful room in Riad. Riad itself was authentic...

“Very kind and friendly staff. Great location, quite setting no noise from souks. Good air conditioning. Room is very large (luxury suite) but is dark due to decor but there are lamps and it has a lovely romantic setting. We found everything to be clean but some parts in our room needed a touch up. The beautiful wooden furniture could do with a dusting and the TV and two lamps didn't work and be careful of the rugs as not stuck down. The shower head also needs replacing and bathroom could do...

“We loved everything about El Fenn! Marrakech is chaotic, crowded and touristy so to have a place where you walk thru the door and leave it all behind was a joy. Every corner offers a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful calm of the place. The service was perfect…there when you need something, but left us alone when we didn’t. The rooms are not big but throw on your robe, grab a coffee or drink and find your own private nook. It was heavenly”

“Kamal was very proactive in offering a car from the airport (with a predetermined price) which we appreciated very much. The driver was very professional and the car was pristine. Kamal met us at the drop off and escorted us down the maze of the corridors to the Riad.
This was especially useful as there isn't an option to bring a car to the door. It was very cool to "see" how it was (in modern times).
The downside was it wasn't really an option to order an Uber to the address...Uber...

“Tucked away in a great part of the Medina. A little tricky to find it the first time. Staff are super welcoming. Rooms are unique and lovely. The bathroom was the nicest hotel bathroom that I’ve ever seen. The terrace is beautiful. The breakfast was great (and no problem with supplying us breakfast early for our morning flight). Highly recommend Yves if you are staying in Marrakech.”
