There was no “do not disturb” sign in our room and we went down to reception and asked them not to clean the room one day, they went in and did it anyway. The reception wouldn’t provide change for notes and made us use our card but had another till they were using to give change from the bar. “I’ve stayed at Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc multiple times over the years—this was probably our 6th visit—and it used to be our go-to hotel. Unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing and will likely be our last. The rooms have gone downhill. There is no smart TV, and the small TV provided was locked to a single channel, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this level. “My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. My chicken dinner at the Asian restaurant was undercooked which is a recipe for serious illness and rice was $15 extra. “Wir haben vier wunderbare Nächte zu zweit im Riad Monceau in Marrakesch verbracht (inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen) und waren rundum begeistert. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Live-Jazzband am Abend – mitreißend und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Musik findet direkt im Innenhof im Restaurantbereich statt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Unser Zimmer „Calif“ war wunderschön und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet....

“The staff are alright, seemed kind of lost and don’t have any change. Also the property is nice but the room is not nearly as nice as photos make it seem”

“Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.”
