“My room was freezing cold. Unfortunately the radiator from 1920 didn’t work. The engineer made 4 trips with different tools at 11:00 at night but still couldn’t get it to work. I slept in my clothes. The shower was lovely but seriously flooded the bathroom with 3 inches of water. “Wir haben vier wunderbare Nächte zu zweit im Riad Monceau in Marrakesch verbracht (inklusive Frühstück und Abendessen) und waren rundum begeistert. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Live-Jazzband am Abend – mitreißend und sehr unterhaltsam. Die Musik findet direkt im Innenhof im Restaurantbereich statt und sorgt für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Da das Restaurant sehr gut besucht ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Unser Zimmer „Calif“ war wunderschön und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet....

“Good quality hotel, nice facilities for families and good food. A little way out from the medina but just about walkable. Or a short taxi ride. M Street next door has some good eating options if you want to stay close to the hotel and save some money.”

“Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room.”
