I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. ”

“The hotel is very cheap in cost and it looked brand new. Staff are very polite. The only thing that I didn’t like is power went out for two consecutive afternoon as there was a power issue in the area. But overall staying here is great. Do not use 40140 Marrakech as address when you uber, put Massira Social Living on the search bar. I got lost with the address given by expedia.”

“Breakfast is abundant and fresh, and varies from day to day. Tea/ coffee is available all day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the international hospital for an emergency, the staff not only arranged transportation but also assisted and accompanied through the entire process. ”

“Room 131 was not ideal. A lot of noise from outside Airco units 24/7. Also garbarge disposal you can heat and it is near the cleaner room. Windows could't be locked. Cabinet was half broken. Shower head has a leak. Toilet door was also not smooth when openening. Also a lot of noise all Day and Night of chairs of tables moving around. It stops around 2.00 am and starts 7.00 am. I do not recommend that specific room. Not for that price. Also swimming pool was very small. Roof top Restaurant was...

“We had such a nice stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bed was comfortable and the Riad is in a great location. The staff were so friendly too - that made our trip even better. ”

“Affordable, new, clean, beautiful, comfortable and amazing service. The rooftop terrace and pool are superb and a nice break from the busy city. The staff was super friendly and we even got a free upgrade for the room. We stayed for 2 different nights before days with a lot of transportation, and the calm allowed us to reset before leaving. It’s a bit further from the Medina by taxi, but all the advantages make it worth the while.”
