“Our family of four with two teenage boys loved our stay. The staff was kind and outstanding. I would highly recommend you use their airport transfer. They helped us through the streets of the Medina. The property was clean and comfortable. The manager and the whole team were devoted to our happiness and comfort. Most importantly, almost everyone interacted with had a friendly smile. I felt like I was staying at a good friends home. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was close...

“Joel was an amazing staff member !”

“The staff were great. They accommodated our early arrival and early departure. They prepared breakfast despite us having to leave very early. They also escorted us out to our taxi given the early hour.”

“Retro mordern Riad with a twist. The staff were very helpful and they looked after us very well. Absolutely enjoyed the time there.”

“Great location. Close to everything, the staff are VERY friendly and VERY HELPFUL. We were here for 6-days. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here. It’s better than a hotel!!! You have to try their hammam and SPA package. I am bad either way name but Mourad was SUPER HELPFUL., also riad manager Ghizlane also SUPER FRIENDLY and Amazing, and there is another guy, I didn’t get his name. He worked mostly nights. All the staff from chef to housekeeping...

“This beautiful boutique hotel provides a quiet respite from the chaos of the medina. The rooms are very well appointed and the rooftop restaurant is superb. What makes this an exceptional property is the kind and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakech.”

“Excellent hotel with amazing and helpful staff.”

“Staff were kind and helpful, the spa was amazing, but my bed was two pushed together, of different heights, and both mattresses were quite hard, and the AC did not get cold no matter how low I put it. Minor issues, and overall I would definitely return.”

“Lovely hotel, rooms very comfortable and lovely roof terrace which is an ideal place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble really made our stay special”

“Great accommodation staff very helpful”

“The perfect stay. Next to the Bahia Palace and so close to the Medina but a complete oasis from the bustle. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home especially Ishram and Mehdi. The rooftop terrace was the perfect escape everyday. There's only 11 rooms which makes it feel intimate and cosy. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed Would definitely go back to Al Rashid. I found my paradise in Marrakech ❤️”
