The staff at Riad Khabia were very accommodating and welcoming. Rashid welcomed us warmly and gave us a clear explanation of places we could visit.
The riad is very well located, fairly close to the souks of Marrakech, but far enough away to have peace and quiet at night.
The breakfast at the riad was excellent and they packed us breakfast-on-the-go when we had early morning excursions.
All the staff were so lovely and very helpful with transfers for the airport etc. the terrace is my new favourite spot in the world it’s really a sun trap and perfect for a panoramic view of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. If I came back to Marrakech I’d absolutely stay here again.
From the moment we arrived the hotel staff did everything to help make our stay amazing. From serving us tea and cookies to answering questions and ensuring we knew what was the best and safest debit machine to use in the square. They gave us a tour of the Riad when we arrived and the terrace looked over the city. We booked a Hammam and couples massage at the spa on site and it was amazing and highly recommended. We have never been so clean and relaxed! It was in a nice quiet location but within walking distance to the local square and shops. Breakfast was an assortment of traditional continental items. We would stay here again for sure!
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared and of a good variety. The location was quiet convenient, close to the main square and the Souks. All arrangements made including transportation and a walking tour guide were prompt and efficient. Highlights were the breakfast, location and the staff. Stay here if you want a hospitable, traditional Moroccan experience. The spa experience is worth a try as well.
The staff was amazing and helped us with any questions we had and even arranged airport transportation and allowed us to check in early. Beautiful Riad.

Room was spacious and really comfortable. The ambience, roof garden and panoramic views were beautiful beyond words.
Breakfast was full of variety and local recipes to tempt us. It was a really special treat. All the staff were warm, helpful and went above and beyond for us
Wonderful Riad just outside the Medina, 5 minute walk to the nearest square and local sights.
Can't fault a single thing about staying here, staff are very friendly and super helpful.
Breakfast is amazing and will fill you up nicely ready for a days sight seeing.
Rooms are comfortable and decorated with local themes as you'd expect.
The area is safe, and we found all the locals to be really helpful.
The rooftop offers great views of the city and a few sunbeds to relax on.
Airport transfer was booked through the Riad, along with a private trip to the Atlas Mountains and the Ourika valley which was stunning - both were great value.
For the price we paid this far exceeded our expectations and would love to return one day.
Thank you all for the most relaxing and comfortable stay. A truly traditional Moroccan experience with character and personal touches. The hammam and couples massage were simply divine. We are home now but already planning our return. Thank you endlessly
It was my first experience on a Riad, it was great experience since we checked in until we left. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the place was classic but clean and the breakfast was fresh and testy.
Thank you Rachid and Hassan for making us feel home❤️

Staff were friendly even with language barriers. Room was small but had everything I needed. If you wanted tea or coffee it was provided in the room but kettle and cups etc were on top of the wardrobe so a little different and difficult to reach if you are short like me, no space for a table or ledge really in the room. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and I think quite unique
Amazing stay 😊. I need to express how helpful and amazing person Rachid is, thank you for making our stay so memorable.
Rooms are beautiful 😍, you get a superb view from the roof terrace. Location is great too.
I will highly recommend this place xx
The location is perfect to walk to any of the main tourist attractions, Souks, Medina, and a local shopping square. The staff and hospitality was fantastic. They can help you arrange anything. The quantity and quality of food at breakfast was ridiculously good. The spa treatment I received from Sahara was unbelievable. I would absolutely stay here again.
The staff were exceptional, the Riad itself is one of the best accommodations I’ve personally stayed in. I recommend this property to anyone interested. The staff went above and beyond ! The Riad is a 2 minute walk away from Tinsmiths square and about 15 minutes away from Jemaa El Fnaa square.
We unfortunately only stayed one night at this Riad however it was a very welcome start to our time in Morocco. They helped arrange our transportation from the airport which I would highly recommend to anyone who has never been to the beautiful city of Marrakech. The room fit our family of 4 and the breakfast was perfect.
