“This property is a spa and salon first and then a place to stay. Please do not go with this property based on the pictures cause either then or Expedia has put up multiple photos of different rooms in one room category leading to you thinking your room will have certain amenities and it won't. “The staff at the concierge was very rude, they charged a higher tax at the check in and were not able to explain why. They refused to change the room as the air conditioner was leaking water. They had vacant rooms but still refused.”
