“We've been this hotel for 2 days (1st floor) + 1st (2nd floor) total 3 days, but it's the worst hotel on this trip. The below average in all and the only thing that was okay was the kindness of the staff. I stayed in two places on the 1st and 2nd floors. “Very nice staff who are always helpful. The location of the Riad is great for taxis, as well as walking to the center of the Medina. The room was clean and had a lot of space. On hotels.com, a superior double room sleeps 3 people, which is what I booked. But when I got to the Riad, they said the room only hold 2 adults and one child. We had to pay the difference to have the third adult. When having more than 2 adults in one room, book through their site directly. ”
