At first night, there are small accident that could be much bigger if it weren't for them. We lost our passport and cell phone. We were so panicked, at the same time, was surprised at their quick work. They were super kind, gentle and most well orgernized working group I ever met in Morocco. “What a beautiful place - the staff are lovely the building is lovely although the sounds echos round the atrium but overall it’s a gem of a place and 3 / 4 minutes walk (mind the mopeds !!) from all the action. ”
