Very kind and friendly staff. Great location, quite setting no noise from souks. Good air conditioning. Room is very large (luxury suite) but is dark due to decor but there are lamps and it has a lovely romantic setting. We found everything to be clean but some parts in our room needed a touch up. The beautiful wooden furniture could do with a dusting and the TV and two lamps didn't work and be careful of the rugs as not stuck down. The shower head also needs replacing and bathroom could do with some proper curtains due to neighbours and rooftop when its dark, towels and robes are a little rough for this boutique hotel and i think let the place down as it is a great place to stay. Wifi was good and hotel is very beautiful and you feel very welcome great rooftop and areas to get away from from the busy streets. Restaurant is in a gorgeous setting and breakfast options good. We felt safe and our room had two doors to get inside. We would stay here again.

It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard.

Come to Palais Khum

This is the second time that I have stayed here and was not disappointed. The location is excellent as it is just off the main road and easy access into the centre or outside. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. We stayed in the the junior suite downstairs this time and it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Very peaceful, tasteful design and decor, staff very friendly and attentive in an area of the medina a bit quieter as it is closer to one end. Some areas like our step down shower and some common areas need some sprucing up, but overall a very positive stay.

Palais Khum

Merekeş'in merkezinde geleneksel Fas evleri tarzında harika bir butik otel.

Superb location. Lovely room. Personable, helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. Delightful roof terrace on which to spend sunny mornings. Remember to look at shops nearby the hotel. Not all the good stuff is in the souks!

Charming old world Marrakesh hotel was a comfy stay

The hotel is in the old City and not accessible by car so transfering luggage can be quite challenging. It is also a far walk yo the souk gor shopping and dining. The premises are old and kept in very hood condition. The service is excellent. The restaurant was delicious. Very charming. The indoor pool was beautiful.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our 20th year anniversary. It is an amazing place and the staff is incredibly friendly. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The front desk staff helped us book excursions and those wre also wonderful. The only thing is that there are no phones in the rooms to call the front desk. Our first night I was freezing because I didn’t realize there was a heater in the room. That was my bad. Also, it is a bit hard to find the front door because the main entrance is in an alley but that is the case with all the hotels in Marrakech. We had the most amazing time and felt incredibly safe walking at very late hours in Marrakech. Can’t wait to go back.
