โRiad Idra was the best hotel ( riad ) that Iโve ever visited !
Located in the heart of city center, everything was so close ( within 10 minutes ). We felt safe as there were polices by the main road and the street itself was occupied by art galleries and boutiques.
Manager Karine was super kind and professional ( Merci Karine!). She even fixed broken bathtub in a half day.
Gratefully we got upgraded room, so we had chance to stay at the most beautiful room in Riad. Riad itself was authentic...
โLittle gem of a Riad
A cute little Riad in a lovely location. Clean and well presented with a beautiful roof terrace.
We arrived and were presented with tea and biscuits which was a nice touch!
Staff are very friendly and helpful, our dealings were mainly with Rashid and Rizwan. They even suggested a change in room as they were aware of the noise of the building works outside our bathroom area- we didnโt even complain so that was superb.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a selection...

โEl desayuno es muy completo, para llegar hay que meterse por unas calles estrechas pero es seguro.

โAmazing little riad tucked away near the souk. Could not have been friendlier, rooms full of character and the warmth of the hospitality was first class. Great little spot and thoroughly recommend!! โ
โAmazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit.
They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didnโt listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, donโt let them follow you and donโt interact with them. โ

โThe staff in this hotel are very polite. They have allowed us to check in very early as our plane landed at 7:40 am. Aisha came to pick us up from where the taxi dropped us. They have provided mint tea and cookies as we came in which was a sweet surprise. All in all it was a great experience as the Riad was walkable to the Souks and to the Medina. The room we stayed and the whole Riad were very picturesque of a true Moroccan culture.โ
