"The Holiday Inn Express in Mpls, MN surpassed our expectations. Everything was great! One thing I wanted to say over the 5 stars. I loved the doors to rooms and to outside of building. The reason for this is I felt very safe. Very heavy duty and shut completly after entering or exit. But just a suggestion to add a handicap mechanism with the key card for the elderly or handicap to enter for easier access with a luggage cart. It would greatly improve trying to struggle through the door. But over all, great 6 day stay. Staff is great along emense cleanliness. And the buffet breakfast was great every morning. 😋"

"This property is beautiful with a lobby bar and large clean rooms with nice products in the shower. We checked in around 7:30-8pm and found we could not get in the building without setting up contactless check in through the app. Luckily some one from inside was able to open the door for us and there was a human at the desk to check in with. I'm not a fan of contactless any thing, I would rather deal with a person every time, but I get it may have been for evening security that the doors were locked because in the morning everything was open again. If you stay here and are parking a car, the valet service is good you use an app for payment and to request the car again, just remember that pickup is not in the front, its at the back behind the elevators in the parkade on the lobby level (just a small detail we weren't told so we waited on the street for quite awhile before the valet came to find us). Breakfast was very good in a beautiful space. Great variety, nice juices and delicious coffee, just wish there were ceramic mugs instead of paper cups. Overall a great experience,"

"Terrible stay. 5:00 pm - checked in to room 1. AC did not work 5:45 pm - moved to room 2. Strong odor. Toilet flush did not work. 11:55 pm - suggested a alternate room 3. Did a walkthrough and toilet did not flush. 12:30 - moved to room 4. Realized AC not working. Room temperature was around 75 and did not go down. With all the luggages to pack and sleeping kids decided to stay. Was so warm kids was fuzzy and we did not sleep the whole night. Vacated the room around 8 am. Provided all this information at frond desk who promised a call around 1 pm when a manager or a supervisor comes in. 9:30 pm yet no calls or follow up."
