"Property is old, not good beds, luke warm hot water, etc. But the service is great."

"Rooms are not as in pictures. The rooms where we stayed smelled of septic tank which leaks. It is clear that the building has seen better times and is in serious need of upgrades and renovation. No shower curtain, everything got wet including toilet paper. The name and price do not reflect reality. The food we ordered was good, and the personnel tried hard, but accommodations were sub-standard certainly for the price we paid. Bad lighting, geckos and bugs in room, wifi only worked in reception...

"Pros: It is a nice property, rooms are good. Staff is courteous. Food is really nice and serving is quick. Cons: It is far from mount abu tourist spots. Bathroom are not good, clothes hangers were not reachable for average height people. Flush was not smooth. Customer need to ask bathroom accessories separately, hotel does not provide it by default. "

"Everything was fine apart from the behaviour of the Manager. He was rude and stubborn. The owner of the property was understandable and he brought the situation under control "

"Do not think this is a resort! Super bad! WiFi doesn’t work, bad sheet were so bad(seemed like it was more of rag then sheet). Would not recommend anyone to stay here. "
