โPool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same.โ
โEverything was good except Dinner Buffet was slightly under par, did not allow me to change to A La Carte by paying the difference. Had ordered A la Carte in afternoon which was good.โ

โThis lush, green and serene property tucked away from the hustle-bustle of Mumbai is well designed & properly maintained. The pool view rooms are spacious with ample terrace space, which is very nice. The pool is large, though on the shallow side.
The River Pej flows gently by, creating a serene ambience.
As far as the human aspect is concerned, Mr. Ganesh, Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mangal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. The restaurant staff are also efficient and helpful....
โI have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like youโre in the quiet hills cottage.
The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. It is just an amazing fun to sit in the morning or in the evening at the swing and listen to the birds chirping.
Even if you donโt stay here, you should come here to eat the lunch or...

โCottage room was very comfortable with all amenities. The room & bathroom were very clean. Air conditioner was not noisy & sleep quality is good. The bed linen is clean. Tea-coffee corner is well stocked. Great ambiance and lawns. Lots of natural trees and beautiful flowers โ

Rooms are spacious but bed is bend in the middle due to long time uses.
Locations is good to have fine restaurants in walking distance and services are good.
