The hot water didn’t work very well but they made arrangements for us to use the spa"

"It is fine stay if you come with friends and family to do BBQ. But not quite the thing for an international traveler. Service was great however and one can see that they are trying to improve the place.

The dome rooms were super cool! I took really nice photos here and was able to put together a nice video and received many good feedback!

Just wish the breakfast was better !"

"The staff are exceptional : genuine and respectful. The staff welcomes us every year when we return. After we climb the Mt Fuji and unable to walk further from our car to the main door, the staff will greet us from afar and help us with the luggage’s, not for tips but for their professionalism and values they cherish much. "This was our top stay inclusive of hotels in Tokyo, Lake Kawaguchiko, and Kyoto. So special to be beside the lake, have our own private onsen, and have dinner served right in our room.
This hotel and experience was everything we imagined and hoped for."
