“足腰の弱い高齢者には厳しい施設。 玄関までの急な階段。2階の部屋には健常者にも急と感じる階段。 段差が多い。”

“친절하고 고요하고 온천시설도 청결했으며 식사도 매우 맛있었습니다. 가와구치호와 후지산이 보이는 숙소의 경치가 정말 최고였습니다.”

“주차공간은 충분했고 4박하는 동안 총 3명의 직원분을 만났는데 두분은 정말 친절하셨으나 젊은 남성직원분은 피곤하셨는지 몰라도 불친절함을 느꼈습니다. 4박동안 청소 서비스는 추가비용을 내야했고 조식서비스를 이용할 수 없었던것은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 공간이 넓고 청결해서 추천합니다.”

“La chambre pour 3 personnes était propre et spacieuse. Le reste de l’hôtel était très propre aussi. Il y avait une salle de jeux au sous-sol et un écran géant à la réception. Seul petit bémol: le stationnement réservé aux clients de l’hôtel est à quelques minutes de marche de l’hôtel - mais je comprends que les terrains assez vastes sont rares.”

“The location and the facilities were definitely unique, being at the base of Mt. Fuji, Japan. We had breakfast one day and dinner another day. While dinner was great ( the grill), the Japanese breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Food was really little, there a slice of salmon that would not be enough for a sashimi, and no sausages as expected. Apart from the under par breakfast, everything else was definitely nice”

“어린이 두명인 4인 가족이 이용했습니다 12명이 이용할 정도로 넓었습니다. 세탁기도 있어서 빨래도 가능했습니다. 가와구치코역에서 걸어서 15분 정도 걸립니다. 가족이 가와구치코에 이민 온 것처럼 편하게 지내고 갑니다. 일반 가정집과 같습니다. 너무 편했습니다 주방도 잘 돼 있어서 요리도 가능하고 밥도 해먹을 수 있었습니다.”

“조식 메뉴가 다양하여 매우 만족합니다 아침 7시부터 30분 단위로 미리 예약을 받아 편안하게 식사를 할 수 있습니다 후지산이 매우 잘 보여 날씨가 좋은 날 적극 추천합니다 주차장도 넉넉하고 별도의 주차료는 지불하지 않습니다”

“子供6人、大人4人で宿泊しましたが、広さもあり、賑やかにしても1棟貸しなので、安心できました。 来年もこちらに来たいという話になりました。 とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。”

“It is an old hotel, and the facility isn't managed well. The blankets had some hair attached, beds made a creaking sound. The mattresses are so old that I could almost feel the bones of them..Not many choices for breakfast, barely no fruits, no baby edible food. However the Fuji view from the room was truly fantastic. ”
