Very nice facilities (pool, tennis etc.) which are great for the kids. The resort is conveniently located close to Fujiten Snow resort, 12 km away.

After hiking Mt Fuji this spot was a great place to rest and recover. The staff that greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful. We checked in to our large room that was clean and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the dinner buffet in the evening and then the breakfast buffet in the morning. The breakfast buffet was especially good and at a very reasonable price. The property itself is beautiful and provides a great view of Mt Fuji from the dining room. We also used the shuttle service to the nearby train station. If I’m in the area again I would definitely revisit.

This hotel is located in a relatively “remote area”, far from public transportation. The hotel provides shuttle bus to and from the train station. The management was very nice to arrange the service and to take care of the luggage. They do not hesitated to talk to you on any issues in emails. if you arrive earlier in a day. The guest room is spacious, maybe because the hotel was built many years ago.

Dont forget to call the shuttle service that hotel provides. There is very limited transportation in the area. Place is very relaxing and a lot of amenities available. The staff is very friendly and would even go above and beyond the service they provide. The front desk person drove us to the market just to buy the fuji apple that we wanted before getting dropped off the train station. The breakfast was good.

1 of the worst accommodation i have seen in Japan. We have been travelling for 3 weeks and stayed at many places but this was 1 of the worst 1. Its overpriced, they charge extra to use the pool and the bathhouse. The rooms smelled, the pillows and mattress smelled sweat. Stains on the rug. Staff were friendly, the hotel transfer driver was so nice but i believe management needs to step up.

Travel to the resort was challenging. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived hungry and went to the dinner buffet to find all the hot food cold. Instead we picked at the dessert bar and fresh fruit. Our room had dark stains on multiple surfaces and was extremely dated. We heard blood curdling screams multiple times throughout the night, further prompting us to feel unsafe during our stay. As we had already paid for the breakfast buffet, we went to find the same issue with temperatures. We left on the first shuttle out that morning.

1. The property is about 25 minutes drive from the central Fuji town. And it’s deeply in the forest. 2. There was no phone in the room. When I want to make a call, I went to the front desk and asked the staff if I could make a local call. They said no because they do not lend phone to guests and there is absolutely nothing they can do for me (word to word from their translator). 3. There was a huge humming bug in my room and I had to kill it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nestled in a quiet forest, this property feels like a peaceful retreat. One morning, we followed the trail to the Fuji Viewing Field, and the sight of Mount Fuji there was absolutely breathtaking. The buffet breakfast was another highlight: it offered an excellent variety of healthy options, and from our table, we were treated to yet another astonishingly beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The property also had several sports facilities available, and we especially enjoyed playing table tennis. I would love to do swimming and others when I go back there next time. Our room was spacious, and overall, every part of our stay felt satisfying. The only area that needs improvement is the telephone system. We booked through Expedia, but the phone number provided never connected us to anyone. We called numerous times, only to be hung up on with no response at all. This forced us to take an expensive taxi to the property instead of using their free shuttle service. I explained to the reception and they dialed that number getting only the same result. I hope this feedback reaches both the property and Expedia. I suggest you test the provided phone number yourselves to see the issue firsthand; this problem must be fixed promptly to keep future guests from being disappointed.
