Older hotel, the floors were all filthy in need of a good cleaning and vacuuming. There was little to no amenities. No ice machine either. Staff were really nice but the hotel could have potential if the lack of cleaning and amenities weren't there. Beds were new and very comfortable.

I was not sure what to expect since this was the 1st time I stayed with Extended Stay. I will tell you this Mt. Laurel Branch was the best. From start to finish, the office staff were professional and easy to guide me for checking in and out. The place is clean, great atmosphere.

Negative: The cost of the property was high considering what I got. The room was dated, the hallway felt old. The "free breakfast" had nothing I was interested in (only small muffins and coffee with commercial creamers). I've gotten much better breakfasts at hotels that cost less. Positive: Staff was friendly and professional. I was able to go for walks outside the building with a feeling of general safety. Free Wi-fi was good. Parking was free and convenient. Location was not far from shopping.

The gust services were good however I didn’t like the smell when I first got there in the lobby. And overall it was pretty good. I wish there was more of variety in breakfast and I also wish there were more rooms available with double beds.

So to begin they have 2 locations about 400feet away from each other so we went to the wrong location to start. I called to ask for early check to which I was told the maids are still cleaning try showing up at 2 maybe you can get in. When we got there the room smelled like celery seeds and was dimly lit and just worn down. The staff was barely noticeable every time I went to front desk there was a sign saying they will be back. The place was a big disappointment, felt like it was a section 8 hotel. We ended up leaving after 2 hours.They also put a $150 hold on my credit card, I don’t think the whole room was worth $150 bucks. Never will I stay there

The bed was broken and the stove was making weird noises when turned on. There were stains on the first set of sheets when we got into the room. The entire building smells like dogs poop and pee in the hallways and no one cleans it properly. This is not the first time staying here but it will probably be the last. The staff is friendly and informative. The surrounding outside was well taken care of and maintained.
