โEasy stay in Jacksonville. Restaurants on site and close to Dailyโs Place. Clean and convenient with nice River/ city view. Would stay here again. โ
โLovely historic B&B with loads of charm and character. Family run. Super friendly and attentive. Great breakfast. My only gripe is that I totally missed that the Riverdale Inn serves afternoon tea (which need reservations 24 hours in advance) Will definitely return to this property and will be sure to book tea!โ
โWe were in Jax to enjoy family. We decided to view the friendship fountain which was fabulous. The hotel has a walkway along the River straight to the fountain. It felt safe and family friendly. The Doubletree is also at the foot of the Main Street Bridge and were able to drive downtown Jax to restaurants and eateries. The pool area was great and Ruth Chris' restaurant was wonderful; both food and staff. Wonderful time!โ
โAbsolutely worst hotel experience ever. I stayed there for four nights and the first night, I killed three cockroaches so I had my room changed. Even I changed the room, I killed cockroaches everyday. I would understand if I'm staying at third world country, but not when I'm paying over $100 a night.
I tried to take shower, but somehow the water is slippery and didn't feel like I was taking a shower.
For breakfast, you get oatmeal and some snack which is not acceptable as breakfast I think....
โThis Hampton Inn is an older hotel, you can see it in the room furniture, BUT, everything was EXCELLENT!! The room was clean, smelled clean, and amenities were great. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, 24 hour coffee was fresh everyday. Enjoyed our 3 day stay here. โ
