When I got there the two employees at the front desk were great. The room was ok not wow'ed. Traveling solo for one night it was fine. I walked into a sticky spot on the carpet, little concerning, not knowing what it was. None of the areas (reception area, elevator and room) were filthy, but definitely could be cleaned much better. There was much more hallway (inside) and traffic (outside) noise than I've experience at any other hotel. Over all the hotel needs some TLC (tender loving care). A major update/refresh is needed.

The employees very nice and thoughtful. There was several different items offered for breakfast. The most popular thing was make your own Belgian waffles and toast but cereal frsh fruit and yogurt available. Rooms were neat and clean. Price was very reasonable especially on New Years Eve.

Great customer service during check in/checkout. They made sure breakfast was stocked at all time and that areas were clean. Walls are thin so can hear noise but Perfect one night stay for great price. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Staff was fine, room was honestly horrible. Found a curly hair on the wall above the towel rack, strange stain on the bedsheet, could not adjust the temperature for the life of me ( upon check in room was probably 80 degrees, opened the window to let in air and turned system to auto fan and it was still hot. There was some group in that was looking for someone (Kate I believe was the name that was being called out) from 1130pm to about 400 am All in all would definitely not make this a first, second or third choice. Sorry

Room was decent but dated and needed some repairs. The toilet constantly ran unless tou jiggled the handle and the tub had a very slow drain. Staff was curtious and checkbin and out was quick. Room was clean and secure.
