Carpet was gross & desk chair was stained badly. Did not appear that the room had been cleaned completely as there was stuff on the window sill & toilet was either badly stained or just not brushed well. AC was loud & bathroom fan bad a rattle noise. The staff was friendly & helpful. Proximity to football field was really good.

I would rate this good, a "B plus". The room was clean, easy registration (booked online and easy in, easy out to our room on the first floor. This hotel accepts pets (we didn't have one), but the "smell" wasn't there. Forget the breakfast,not much there but we don't usually eat breakfast,so not a big thing. Overall, a good experience.
