“Let me provide some context. My traveling companion and I arrived after dark expecting to meet hotel staff. This location operates as a no-contact location, and the radio on premises had a scratchy connection. I talked to the personnel who answered the phone number listed as opposed to the scratchy radio, They directed me to text messages to which I had not responded. Once I respond to the text messages, I was able to enter the room.
