Stoneridge Resort
8/10 Good
"Studio Room was clean although small with sofa bed extended. Sofa bed needed more blankets and was missing pillowcases. The idea of sanitizing dishes while nice means that you have to unload the dishwasher to load anything you do use. Had to start dishes and take out trash at checkout. Staff was helpful and loved all the extra spaces for gathering. Not any dining all that close. Best to bring in the food you're going to eat."
"Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, property was pretty well maintained, (The grass near the water and the beach area was covered in goose poop. Couldn't really walk there or enjoy the area near the water because of it). It was a good place to stay with our dogs... lots of space to walk and sniff (other than near the water). It is an older hotel, and a bit outdated. The door to our room was a bit difficult to close. I wish the free coffee was available all day (not just in the mornings), or they had one of those little coffee makers in the rooms so I could have made my own, and a free breakfast to go with it would have been really nice. The restaurant there was kinda expensive for a 3 star hotel... Also we were in a room near the front desk/lobby adjacent from the restaurant/bar and the music they played for karaoke night was so loud we had difficulty hearing our TV, so if you like quiet, request not to be near the lobby!"
"Room was clean and spacious for the price and the location was great! Guy at the front desk was helpful and check in was super easy. Would absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area."
"Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and pool was great. Breakfast was much better when they had the buffet, nice selection and enjoyed much more than ordering from the menu."
"I’m so impressed with the staff at the Liberty Lake Best Western. I broke my ankle and have been using a wheelchair during our trip for Hoopfest. I originally tried to keep the same room for both nights, but they were sold out, so we had to switch rooms the next day.
Housekeeping went above and beyond by helping move our luggage and quickly bringing extra pillows and blankets so I could stay comfortable and keep my foot elevated while the boys played basketball. The hot breakfast and yogurt machine were also a big bonus and made mornings so easy and enjoyable.
Later, when I asked about a late checkout because the boys were doing so well, they were accommodating again and honored it due to my rewards status.
The kindness didn’t stop there. I accidentally left my wheelchair behind when I dropped the boys off at Hoopfest, and Nathan personally brought it out to me so I wouldn’t have to move on my injured leg.
I truly felt cared for the entire stay. The staff made everything smooth and stress-free, and their extra effort made a big difference for both me and the team."
"The stay was good except housekeeping entered my room while I was out even with the do not disturb card on my door. Apparently they have a policy in place that housekeeping comes in every 3 days. The day they entered was the 2nd day. While I can appreciate the replacement towels and garbage taken out, they never should have come in my room. This policy was told to me after the fact and by the manager, not the staff checking us in. I ended up throwing out my toothbrush because you never know with people, even if management says they are great. I’m definitely not okay with how this was handled. Besides this incident, everything else was good."
