Spacious and comfortable

Although there is only on king bed (very comfortable) the unit could accommodate a party. Couches, sitting chairs, kitchen table, and a desk are just some of the homey features you will find at Gooserosa. Our six day stay was relaxed and comfortable. The location is close to the town of La Connor where you will find several restaurants and a grocery store. Deception Pass and Chuckanut Drive are nearby. I do recommend this unit.

Gooserosa Stay

After deciding to attend the Skagit River Poetry Festival, I was looking the a Bed and Breakfast outside of La Connor. I chose Goosroas based on its location and price. I assumed I would have a room and maybe an bathroom. When I walked up the stairs to my room I was blown away. With 800 sq. ft. of space, bathroom, complete kitchen, dining table and chairs. couch and easy chairs, writing desk, bed, and a terrific view to the north of the farmland, I could hardly believe my good fortune. My stay was terrific and Kris and Dick were most gracious hosts. Next time I will bring my bride to enjoy another stay.

Wonderful family visit

Lovely studio apartment in the heart of Skagit Valley. The owners were very attentive and friendly. We awoke every morning to the sounds of bald eagles. The space was tastefully decorated. The only down side was it was listed as sleeping 6 and that was not the case, as there was a full size futon, king bed, and twin cot. Other than that, we would recommend the space and would come back!
