“Nicely located on n Margaret st opposite the grammar school Attention to detail a little lacking as one button on the dual flush toilet was missing The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were the smallest I’ve ever seen in a motel and I’ve stayed in many over the years.Next visit to Toowoomba I’ll be considering other options to stay.”

“The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. ”

“I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above.”

“Like many hotels/motels throughout Australia, the place seriously needs of a major upgrade. From the black industrial carpet to the dated and battered circa 1985 furniture - everything was well used and battered (and frankly dirty). No effort - no colour, everything grey and black accented by junk furniture. Dreary plastic signs telling guest what to do and not to do and a bed like soggy foam. An unsatisfactory accomodation in a good location that should try harder. Next visit, I'll go...
