“Price is good for the area. The surrounding area isn’t great, located near a bus depot and abandoned factory building. Free parking is a plus. 3rd floor seems to have an issue with their heat/ ac system not working. We checked into the first room and it was 77 degrees in the room and would not go down. The window opens a tiny bit so that helps. Front desk said maintenance would come to check on it, they never did so we requested a new room. New room was given shortly after and had a similar...

“This is not a hotel per se. It is transitional housing and not very well-maintained. No breakfast as advertised. A dresser whose drawers do not close. An air mattress. One light-weight blanket when a better one would have helped. Noisy because people live there. Heater very noisy. Not all outlets worked. Staff not rude but certainly not friendly or helpful.”

“Perfect”

“The accommodation was excellent in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The staff member demonstrated a professional attitude and responded kindly to requests, making the overall experience very pleasant. I have a strong intention to revisit in the future”

Made for easy visit with little driving on unfamiliar roads. I liked the early 20th century / late 19th century decor and look and feel. Game/community room was small but nice touch. Where could it be better? (1) Musty smell in hallway outside my room -- not sure why -- much of building was fine (2) Lack of washer/dryer/laundry...

“Very Good!”
