We were up here for a hockey tournament— there was a patch of ice right outside the door that 3 of our group members fell on at different times. The staff was notified each time and asked to put out salt. Never once did someone ask if everyone was ok or acknowledge what happened. Very poor customer service

Nice place to stay overall. We were given a handicapped room and the bath tile was dirty and sticky. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast could use improvement. they served eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gray and waffles. No bacon, or fruit. A limited choice of muffins and bagels. So, we at breakfast out. Nice building and pleasant personnel.

So overpriced for the quality of the facility, we were staying in Virginia, MN not downtown Toronto!!! And with the exchange, I spent nearly $400 Canadian dollars at a comfort inn which is absurd. Don't hike rates during summer months in limited-availability towns, just makes me want to pass through and not stay the next time. From a very disappointed Canadian traveler.

Room was nice and clean but housekeeping didn’t do but one cleaning while we were there. We stayed 5 nights. Was a bit disappointed. Needed clean hand towels and wash cloths. Plus our beds weren’t made or garbage emptied. For the price we had to pay wasn’t worth the price.

The room and hotel was nice and clean. If I had a choice, I would stay on the top floor because it would be quieter. We stayed on the second floor and we could hear people walking about upstairs in the morning. I would definitely stay here again, but I would ask for floor 3. The pool and spa looked very nice, but we didn't have time to enjoy that.
