“Clean and spacious room”

“Loved this accommodation. I was specifically looking for a place in that area and was not disappointed. Located in a lovely area, close to tram line and metro, but quiet and cozy, just steps away from the Grebovka park. Lots of nice coffee and dining options around, too. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, plenty of natural light, with everything needed for a short stay (equipped kitchen, toiletries etc).”

“gooooooooooooooooooooooood”

“Very nice stay at Residence 44. The apartment was comfortable, well located, and the communication was always easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend it!”

“Clean room, good location”
