"I had a lower room and the room above me sounded like they were having a kettlebell workout at 1:18am. They left sometime in the 2:00 am hour. Management said call them and they will take care of it. They are on staff 24 hrs."

"The hotel room was large with great views but there were quite a few broken things, including the shower head and fireplace. Also the front desk seemed overwhelmed due to the fully booked weekend and so it was hard to get help. No towels at the pool and after calling we were told someone would be in with towels when things slowed down but eventually the pool was closing and we had to walk dripping back up to our room. I think they were understaffed for such a busy weekend but I probably wouldn’t go back."

"Enjoy the homey, coziness of this hotel. The campfire at night-very soothing! Enjoyable conversations with fellow travelers.
Only negative was noise from stairs and neighboring rooms which finally stopped around 2a. Could have been room location #117 as we didn't experience this our first time. Will come back!"
