Exceptional service, rooms, and breakfast. Staff went above and beyond. Very high caliber. Hot baths were some of the best we experienced. Highly recommend this place

We stayed here for a week while visiting our daughter who lived nearby. The staff were friendly, and polite. No problem with communication even though I do not speak Japanese. I really enjoyed their breakfast buffet. The view of the mountains from the room can't be beat. I agree with one review that said the toilet in the reception is the best toilet I have been to in Japan, as crazy as that may sound. Highly recommend!
