โL'hรดtel est idรฉalement situรฉ, dans un endroit calme entourรฉ d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en รฉtant proche du centre-ville et des lieux ร visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'รฉtablissement est bien entretenu et propre. Mรชme si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hรดtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-dรฉjeuner. La piscine a รฉtรฉ rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agrรฉable....
โGood place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...
โOverall this was a nice hotel.
The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room.
When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable.

โThe hotel is very convenient just off the main Nakuru - Mombasa highway. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bathroom was not working well, had standing water on the floor and not so clean. The staff were helpful, but for some reason my online booking was not received and so it was lucky they had space and I had to get cash to pay. The hotel could be heading in the right direction, but needs more attention to the detail they have in the bedroom to other aspects of the facilitiesโ
โExcellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again.โ
โRemove the word โluxuryโ in the name of the hotel or replace it by โOutdatedโ then itโs clear about the state.
Also replace โpoolโ with โPondโ it describes it better the water was green and dirty
Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove themโ
โThe hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!!
They said we don't deal with Expedia!!!
I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all.
Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive.
Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia.
I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...
