"Rooms were absolutely terrible and nothing like the pictures online. Staff they had (they were grossly understaffed) were in many instances rude and uninterested in being there. No room service, no ability to charge food to rooms, nowhere near enough parking ….the list is long. My booking was just one of a much wider booking. Essentially there were 100 kids and 150 parents there for the weekend. We also booked the function room on the Sunday for a sit down meal (250 people). Bar closed at 11:30, residents bar was only opened upon request. In short I’ll never return to this place and the vast majority of my colleagues and friends that joined us feel just the same. "

"Great food in bar. Very quick Great service also and friendly staff. Front of house great also. My room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. And a bath. All great Only one thing not so good was, although I didn't have the heater on, it was still a bit warm in room. Could be a good thing for some people. A busy road outside but with windows closed its fine. Needs some USB ports in rooms. Free close parking. There was a fan in room also with Iron and iron board. WIFI was great also. 2 min. walk to garage Didn't have breakfast so can not comment. All in all great. "

" This is one of those wonderful hotels which exude comfort. The reception area has many deep-padded settees & armchairs which show that the hotel prioritises the comfort of its clients above all else. This is replicated throughout the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful & cheerful. And, the hotel is in an exceptional location for visitors to enjoy the scenery around Mount Errigal, Glenveagh Castle & National Park, and the spectacular coastal views of the Gaeltacht region of Donegal. I shall certainly be returning later in the year!! "

"The first room was needed on the ground floor and the staff where very helpful the only room available was small but we where given a bigger one next day not very warm needed to ask for heating to be put on no hot water because no heating so we couldn't have shower stopper broke on sink but staff are lovely "
