비수기라 호텔 앞의 상가들은 극소수만 오픈한 상태였음. 하지만 호텔안의 식당이 가격과 맛이 적절해서 특별한 메뉴를 찾는 것이 아니라면 호텔안에서 해결하는 것도 나쁘지 않음. 호텔 주변의 산책으로 만족하지 못한다면 설천(우정) 호수 한바퀴 산책을 권함.
