"The single worst hotel experience of my time in Africa: I asked the hotel if I was settled with my bill when I was checking out. They said yes: I needed to pay with credit card since I have no local currency. Almost half an hour after dropping me off at the airport, the driver showed up & refused to let me go through security: he didn't have any paperwork, balance or a credit card machine & started harassing me loudly and embarrassingly all around the airport for a balance for the shuttle. "It was quiet and peaceful. Maintenance of fittings both electrical and plumbing needs improvement. The wall paper also needs attention "

"The staff here were super friendly from the manager to the housekeeping staff, we felt very safe here. The rooms are a bit rough and ready and there was no hot water but this is central Lusaka and the price was good. The bed was comfortable and there was nice seating outside the rooms. There is a big mirror on the ceiling above the bed which was a little strange but everyone here was very nice, we would stay here again if we needed a cheap stopover in Lusaka."
